If you are an individual whose telecommunications were allegedly intercepted by Google and/or Geonetric while using the Concord Web Properties between May 9, 2021, and June 12, 2026; and/or an individual whose Protected Health Information may have been disclosed to Google, Geonetric, or other online tracking technology while using the Concord Web Properties between May 9, 2021, and June 12, 2026, then you may be a Class Member and eligible for benefits. Excluded from the Settlement Class are: (i) Defendants, its officers and directors; (ii) all Settlement Class Members who timely and validly request exclusion (also known as opting out) from the Settlement Class; and (iii) any judges assigned to this case and their staff and family.
If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive payment then your must submit a Claim Form by September 11, 2026.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is September 11, 2026. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than September 11, 2026.
